Introduction
With the growing number of therapists in the UK and shortage of supervisors, we invite experienced therapists to develop new skills and extend their careers in order to provide supervision throughout the UK to satisfy an ever-growing demand for professional supervisors.
We offer a flexible and accessible training course providing the theory and practice of clinical supervision leading to a qualification enabling students to provide supervision to UKCP trainee and accredited therapists and those of PSA equivalent registration.
The six-month course is designed to provide theory and skills training for practicing psychotherapists, psychotherapeutic counsellors and counsellors who wish to advance in their career and provide supervision as part of their practice. The training provides the theory and practise of a number of theoretical models of supervision enabling the graduates to provide supervision to therapists from a wide variety of orientations.

Entry Requirements
This course meets the requirements for a level 7 training course, therefore applicants must have a post-graduate level of competency. Applicants must have 5 years practice experience 3 years post-registration as UKCP accredited or BACP accredited/registered (depending on experience) with at leas 1600 clinical hours. Students are required to provide supervised supervision to a minimum of 2 case study subjects throughout the 6 month course period. It is advised that students source case study subjects before commencing the course.

- 2 full day live online via Zoom trainings (please see dates for next available)
- 6 online group supervision sessions,
- 20 hours supervised supervision with 2 x written case studies
- Online forum contributions
- Written assessments.
Entry to the UKCP Supervisors Directory
Our course is approved by the College of Outcome-Oriented and Hypno-Psychotherapists (COOHP) for entry onto the UKCP supervisors directory for members of COOHP and meets all requirements for UKCP supervision and PSA equivalent courses.
Your Tutor
Anne Millne-Riley is an experienced UKCP Accredited Psychotherapist and an experienced Supervisor and trainer. Anne is an integrative psychotherapist for over 15 years and is registered by the BACP. She is a tutor for the National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy teaching stage 1 and 2 of the Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy. She was later invited to write and deliver post graduate training for supervisors.
