I'm an integrative therapist and trained shamanic practitioner. I am a firm believer in a holistic approach to therapy - when mind, body and spirit all work in harmony.

I primarily work with clients who experience anxiety issues, trauma and PTSD as well as complex trauma.  

For the time being I deliver only online therapy in my own practice. 

As for in person therapy, I deliver sessions for clients with childhood sexual trauma (CST) at Moira Anderson Foundation, Scotland.

I’m Suzy, a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Certified Postnatal Practitioner. I help my clients to work through difficult issues, gain control and the confidence to make long-lasting positive changes in their lives.

Hypnotherapy is a wonderful and hugely effective way to help people to identify and alter beliefs that are no longer useful for them, access their own positive inner resources and gain a deeper understanding of themselves.

I am passionate about empowering my clients so that they feel excited for the future and more confident that they can navigate life's ups and downs. I work online and in person from my therapy room in South East London.

I ‘m an integrative hypnotherapist trained in a range of psychotherapeutic approaches including Gestalt, IFS, CBT and somatic work. This means I can adapt to suit your unique needs.
Being able to unburden what’s troubling you in a safe, confidential & supportive space, free of demands and judgments that are naturally present when talking with family and friends is truly healing. My aim is to create this space for you so you can feel comfortable being your truest self.
I work holistically giving consideration to your cognitive, emotional, physical, and energetic systems. The goal: to help you gain deeper awareness, to tap into resources you maybe didn’t know you had, to learn practical tools to overcome your issues and move forwards in a way that enhances the quality of your life.

I bring almost two decades' experience working with unwanted addictive patterns and supporting people through transformative change.  I also utilise a psycho-educational approach drawing on my previous profession as an FE lecturer.
