I feel passionate about empowering individuals to strengthen their own capacity and capability in the face of physical and psychological challenges. My NHS background (clinical and managerial 1991 - 2025) provided me with the opportunity to develop and work with both patients and colleagues, in both a clinical and coaching capacity to manage stress, heal from grief, and develop the mindset needed for personal and professional success. I have always believed in the importance of nurturing others alongside myself; giving back is fundamental to who I am.
