Spiritual crises are often associated with psychological or emotional distress and there are many approaches and techniques to help manage them successfully. I work with the Spiritual Crisis Network in the UK to provide support for people affected by spiritual crisis and I am a Spiritual Emergence Coach registered with the IMHU in the U.S. I am also currently undertaking PhD research into this area through the Applied Psychology department at Canterbury Christ Church University, Kent, UK.
