Stage 1
Foundations in Integrative Hypno-Psychotherapy
Delivered over six months, this stage is the first you will encounter in your training where you are introduced to our relational, outcome-oriented and pluralistic approach to psychotherapy.
The focus is on developing a grounded understanding of our philosophical approach, the therapeutic relationship and creating hypnosis as a co-constructed and relational process.
Throughout the training, you will cultivate essential foundational skills in active listening and therapeutic communication, both within and outside of hypnotic states.
A pluralistic and collaborative approach to goal setting is introduced, along with an initial exploration of case formulation, laying the groundwork for further clinical and theoretical development in subsequent stages.
