If you are planning to train to full clinical membership with UKCP there are four distinct stages to your training pathway.
If you are unsure that you want to gain UKCP accreditation our pathways are designed so that you can pause or exit with a qualification at several points along your journey.
- 6 months
- 5 blended learning modules
- 10 full days of training
- 80 classroom hours
- 50+ self-directed learning
Stage 2: Integration and Therapeutic Flexibility
- 9 months
- 8 blended learning training modules
- 16 full days of training
- Exit qualification of the Certificate in Integrative Hypno-Psychotherapy
- 141 classroom hours
- 180+ hours self-directed learning
Start clinical practice. You can exit or pause at this point with the Certificate in Integrative Hypno-Psychotherapy
Stage 3: Advanced Integration, Pluralism and Relational Depth
- Variable length (due to clinical hours component)
- 7 blended learning training modules
- 15 full days of training
- Clinical practice
- 108 classroom hours
- 120+ hours of self-directed learning
You can exit or pause at this point with the Diploma in Integrative Hypno-Psychotherapy
Stage 4: Advanced Clinical Practice and Accreditation
