My path into hypnotherapy has been shaped by both professional and life experience. Before training as a hypnotherapist, I spent over 30 years in high-pressure corporate environments, mentoring, building teams and supporting people through periods of challenge and change.
My experiences outside the corporate world, including volunteering in Cambodia with adults and children affected by HIV, further deepened my interest in people, resilience and the different ways our experiences can shape us.
I am a trained hypnotherapist and currently continuing my professional development on a UKCP pathway towards an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapy, alongside my studies with the Open University.
I bring a calm, thoughtful and non-judgemental approach to my work. I particularly understand those who are used to coping, pushing through or putting others first. I aim to provide a safe, supportive space where clients can pause, explore what may be happening beneath the surface, and begin to make changes at a pace that feels right for them
